In the Summer of 2022, FandG Events worked alongside the local land owners to create the first instalment of Slades Fest - a two stage music festival that raises money for James' Place.

We have since grown from the 500 person event to 1000 capacity, helping to obtain a premise license for the festival site.
​
FandG's role in Slades covers all areas; production design, facilitating equipment, securing artists, coordinating contractors, and overseeing site management throughout the festival.
Our dedication has helped elevate Slades Fest into a recognisable summer event, which continues to grow...
The ethos of Slades has always been promoting and supporting young artists and providing them with a platform to communicate their art.

Slades and the FandG team wanted to focus on a blend of Live Acts as well as DJs.

FandG Events worked with Slades to curate the lineup. Artists from different genres, size and success.
Artists such as Deadletter, Alec Falconer, Honeyglaze, Papa Nugs, Naima Bock, Marcelina Wick to name a few.

- Detailed lighting plans with top level equipment
- Innovative techniques like projection mapping
- Artistic installations around the site
